The P2P Web!
Heard about this sometime back and it came back to me today, Beaker Browser just might be the savior of the personal web!
A browser/p2p node in your pocket/device let's you create your own personal decentralized website.
Lots of cool stuff that reminds me of them'ol'days in the Www!
I'll post back if I dig in deeper.
UnderSkinning: a mixcloud player hack
I was playing around with integrating a mixcloud player in the blog and took a stab at trying to reskin the REACT component based player with javascript/css.
After a lot of trial and error and finally remembering about cross-site script security, I realized straight up DOM manipulation was out of the question.
